AntiScuff has closed: how to get your cloud OBS back on air

What this page says about AntiScuff comes from its closure notice of 30 October 2026 and from the plans it published on its website. Checked on 31 October 2026.

On 30 October 2026, AntiScuff Ltd announced that it had ceased trading with immediate effect. Its Basic and Enhanced cloud OBS packages stopped that day, and its Remote Desktop machines were due to be switched off within hours. If you streamed with them, you probably need somewhere to go live before your next stream. This page tells you what to sort out first, which of our plans is closest to the one you had, what carries over unchanged and what doesn't.

First, three things that have nothing to do with us

  • On Remote Desktop? Copy your files off now. AntiScuff's notice says nothing can be recovered once those machines are off. Your scene collection, images, alert sounds and configs are what will save you hours later, wherever you move.
  • Paid by PayPal? Cancel the subscription yourself. AntiScuff says it has switched off card billing, but it can't cancel PayPal subscriptions for you. You do that from your own PayPal account.
  • Refunds go through the insolvency practitioner. AntiScuff says one is being appointed and that it will share their details; until then it points to antiscuffirl@gmail.com. We have no part in that process and no access to AntiScuff's systems or data.

Their plans and the closest of ours

AntiScuff's prices as it published them, in pounds and dollars; ours in euros with VAT included. We haven't converted currencies on purpose: the order of magnitude is what matters here.

AntiScuff planClosest Enhanced IRL planWhat changes
Budget, £40 / $50 a month (up to 720p)OBS Basic, €29 a month720p at 30 fps and output up to 4,000 kbps, with your own overlay URL on top of your camera. Their Budget allowed 60 fps and 8,000 kbps: if you used that, OBS Pro is the match.
Enhanced, £50 / $60 a month (up to 1080p)OBS Standard, €59 a month1080p at 30 fps and output up to 5,000 kbps, with the full OBS interface in your browser and your own images, videos and sounds. For 1080p at 60 fps, OBS Pro.
Remote Desktop, £75 / $90 a monthOBS Pro, €89 a month1080p at 60 fps, output up to 8,000 kbps and three stream keys, with the whole OBS desktop in your browser. It is not a Windows machine: see what we don't do, below.

Every plan is monthly with no lock-in, and Cloud OBS plans start with a 14-day free trial.

What stays the same

  • !start still starts your stream. Type !start in chat: your Cloud OBS turns on and goes live by itself as soon as it's ready. !stop ends it. You and the moderators you choose can drive it from chat.
  • Automatic scene switching comes set up. When your mobile signal drops, the stream moves to your offline scene and comes back when the signal does. Nothing to install on your side.
  • Your encoder works as it is. BELABOX, IRL Pro, Larix, Moblin or any SRT, SRTLA or RTMP encoder. You change the address and the key, nothing else.
  • Your overlays come with you. StreamElements and Streamlabs overlays are web addresses: you paste the same ones.

What changes in your favour

  • Live in minutes, not within 24 hours. Your Cloud OBS is created as soon as you finish checking out. Nobody has to set it up for you first.
  • SRTLA and ingest included in every plan. Bonded connections from BELABOX or Moblin work on every plan, with ingest points in Europe, the US and Asia. There's no separate ingest server to add.
  • You set it up yourself, from the browser. On OBS Standard and OBS Pro you get the full OBS interface in your browser: you build your scenes, upload your images and sounds, and change anything you want whenever you want.

What we don't do, so you can decide before paying

  • No Windows desktop. Our Cloud OBS runs OBS, not a Windows machine with admin rights. If your AntiScuff Remote Desktop ran Streamer.bot, SAMMI or other Windows apps, they don't run here.
  • The Cloud OBS runs in Europe. Your phone or backpack connects to the ingest nearest to you (Europe, the US or Asia), and your audience watches on your platform as always. If you need the OBS itself on another continent, we aren't the right fit today.
  • OBS Basic stops at 720p at 30 fps. It's the cheapest way to have OBS in the cloud, not a copy of AntiScuff's Budget. For 60 fps or more bitrate, look at OBS Pro.

Moving, step by step

  • 1. Create your account. It's free and takes a minute.
  • 2. Pick your Cloud OBS plan. If you're coming from AntiScuff, enter the code ANTISCUFF at checkout (see the offer below).
  • 3. Add the platform you stream to. Twitch, Kick or YouTube, with that platform's stream key, under Account → Streaming channels.
  • 4. Point your encoder at the new address. The dashboard shows the SRT, SRTLA and RTMP addresses of your stream key. Paste them into BELABOX, IRL Pro, Larix or Moblin instead of the AntiScuff ones.
  • 5. Bring your scenes and overlays. On OBS Basic, paste your overlay address. On OBS Standard and OBS Pro, upload your images, videos and sounds from the Desktop tab and rebuild your scenes, or import the scene collection you exported (file paths from your old machine will need pointing at the files you upload).

Stuck on any step? Open a ticket from the dashboard, say you're coming from AntiScuff and we'll help you move your scenes.

Frequently asked questions

Has AntiScuff really closed?

Yes. On 30 October 2026 AntiScuff Ltd published a notice on its website saying it had ceased trading with immediate effect and that an insolvency practitioner was being appointed. Everything this page says about AntiScuff comes from that notice and from the plans it published.

Can you recover my AntiScuff server, scenes or files?

No. We have no access to AntiScuff's systems or data. If you were on Remote Desktop, copy your files before the machines go off; and if you still have the scene collection you sent them, keep it: it's the fastest way to rebuild.

Will you refund what I paid AntiScuff?

We can't: AntiScuff says refunds go through the insolvency practitioner it is appointing. What we can do is make the move cheaper: the code ANTISCUFF takes 50% off your first three monthly payments on any Cloud OBS plan.

Does !start work the same?

Yes. Type !start in chat and your Cloud OBS turns on and goes live by itself when it's ready; !stop ends the stream. You and the chat admins you choose can use them.

How soon can I be live?

The Cloud OBS is created as soon as you finish checking out, and it comes with its scenes and automatic scene switching already in place. Most of the time goes into adding your platform, pointing your encoder at the new address and bringing your overlays.

Do you have a Windows Remote Desktop like AntiScuff's?

No. Our Cloud OBS gives you the full OBS interface in your browser on OBS Standard and OBS Pro, but it isn't a Windows machine: Streamer.bot, SAMMI and other Windows apps don't run on it.

Where are your servers?

The Cloud OBS runs in Europe. The ingest your phone or backpack connects to is in Europe, the US or Asia: you choose the one nearest to you.
