Create your account and start today: use the platform free until 30 September 2026. We ask for a card to activate the account, but we don't charge anything during the beta and you can cancel anytime. The earlier you join, the more free days you get.

The first charge is on 1 October 2026, and only if you haven't cancelled before. From then on the subscription continues at the price of your chosen plan. We'll email you before any charge.

Will I be charged anything today?
No. During the beta it's free until 30 September 2026. We ask for your card only to activate the account, but we don't charge anything. The first charge would be on 1 October, and only if you haven't cancelled before.
How do I cancel?
Yourself, in two clicks from the billing panel (Stripe customer portal). You can also email us at support@enhancedirl.com and we'll do it for you.
What happens when the beta ends (30 September)?
The subscription continues and is charged for the first time on 1 October 2026 at the price of the plan you chose, unless you cancelled before. As a consumer you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal (see Terms).
What happens to my data?
We comply with the GDPR: you can request a copy (export) or deletion of your data at any time from the data-request form in our privacy policy.

Do I need a powerful PC or to keep it running?
No. OBS Studio runs on our GPU servers and you control it from your browser — you can turn your own PC off.
Does it work with Moblin, Belabox or my encoder?
Yes. Point Moblin on your phone, your Belabox or any OBS at our relay over RTMP, SRT or SRTLA — SRTLA is the one you want if you bond several modems.
What happens if my IRL connection drops?
NOALBS automatically switches to your BRB scene when your bitrate falls and back to your live scene when the connection recovers.
Which platforms can I stream to?
Twitch, Kick, YouTube and any RTMP destination.
What is failover mode?
It's a relay that sits between your encoder and your platform. It passes your stream through and, if you lose your connection, splices in your offline screen so your Twitch or YouTube broadcast never cuts out; when you're back, it resumes your signal automatically.
Can I use my own OBS instead of Cloud OBS?
Yes. With the Stream Key plan (€9/month) you can connect the OBS on your home PC to our dashboard to control it remotely and enable managed automatic scene switching (NOALBS) on your ingest — no installs and no port forwarding. Stream Key Lite (€5) is relay only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly billing, no commitment — cancel whenever you want.
