Pricing questions
Is Enhanced IRL free?
Not for good: new accounts get a 14-day free trial (card required), and after that it's a monthly subscription with no commitment that you can cancel any time from the dashboard. A relay stream key is €5 a month (Stream Key Lite), or €9 if you also want to control your own OBS from the dashboard with automatic scene switching. Cloud OBS is €29 (720p, 30 fps), €59 (1080p, 30 fps) or €89 (1080p, 60 fps) a month. VAT is included. The NOALBS config generator on this site is free and needs no account.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes, with Stream Key Lite: 7 days without a card. If you like it, you add the card from your dashboard; if not, it cancels itself and you aren't charged anything. All other plans have a 14-day trial with a card.
What GPU does the Cloud OBS run on?
On NVIDIA data-centre GPUs. OBS renders your scenes on the GPU and encodes with its hardware encoder (NVENC), so the video never competes for CPU. OBS Pro gets twice the GPU allocation of OBS Basic and OBS Standard, which is what 1080p at 60 fps needs. The servers are in Europe.
Does it work with Kick?
Yes. The Cloud OBS streams to Twitch, Kick, YouTube or any other RTMP server, and a stream key works with whatever OBS you send it to, wherever that OBS streams. You can also sign up with your Kick account. One limit for now: the chat commands for automatic scene switching only work in Twitch chat. On Kick, scene switching still works on its own; you just don't get the commands.
What's the difference between Stream Key Lite and Stream Key?
Only one. With Stream Key (€9) you connect the OBS on your own computer to the dashboard, control it from your phone and turn on automatic scene switching. Stream Key Lite (€5) is the relay only. Keys, bitrate and protocols are the same.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Within the same family (stream keys or Cloud OBS) you change plan from the dashboard and keep your scenes, settings, files and main key.
